There are NO refunds.
Class sizes are limited. In order to guarantee a spot in the class, TUITION MUST BE PAID IN FULL at the time of booking. There is a $25 non-refundable booking fee included in the tuition. If withdrawal from the class becomes necessary prior to the class start date, a tuition credit less the $25 non-refundable booking fee will be applied to your account. Class dates and or instructors are subject to change without notice or refund.
Perfect Pups and Perfect Pups Plus make-up classes are discretionary and if allowed, must be in a class that runs concurrently with yours. Check with the front desk for availability and to make arrangements.
Make-up classes for Basic Manners, Basic Manners Plus and Basic Manners Plus & Beyond are not available. However, if you miss a class, you may attend the Brush Up The Basics class on Tuesday evening at a discounted price of $15 ($10 savings – regularly $25). Confirm availability with the front desk.
It is the goal of Performance Plus to provide the best possible learning experience for all dogs. Dogs that are over stimulated or stressed cannot learn when they are in this state. Therefore, Performance Plus and the instructors reserve the right to move your dog to either a more appropriate class or to a private lesson if it is determined that your dog’s behavior is unsuitable for the class. A credit based on the remaining unused classes will be applied to the new class or private lesson.
Performance Plus provides class instruction and reserves the right to change instructors or provide an appropriate substitute without notice or refund. Minimum enrollment is required for class pricing to be in effect. If class enrollment falls below the minimum, semi-private pricing structure will be in effect. The minimum class enrollment varies depending on the venue: pet manners, competition obedience, agility, nose work etc.
Cancellation Policy
Private lesson times are limited and in demand. If you book a PRIVATE LESSON, you have reserved a trainer’s personal time and have taken an in-demand spot. 
If you must cancel your appointment, do so a minimum of 24 hours in advance. Without advance notice payment is due in full.
A first time Behavior Private Consultation is pre-pay only. Subsequent lessons can be booked with a $25.00 non-refundable deposit.
